Boxcore is on a mission to make Construction Safer and more Productive.
We are currently getting great traction with construction companies of all sizes due to the simplicity of our solution and the ease with which we can onboard customers.
We are now working with over 100 companies across Ireland, the UK, the EU, and the US. We are looking for an ambitious, driven business development professional to join our team as a founding member of our UK sales team. You will work closely with our CEO / Founder to grow our customer base within the UK. You will drive new business and secure meetings and introductions with potential clients. You will be aided greatly by the fact that we have an existing user base who love our solution and are gaining strong reference ability within the market. Our product delivers a very strong ROI to customers by solving a critical problem in a simple way. You will be a natural networker and represent the company as relevant industry events such as BITA etc.
The role will be in a hybrid manner, mainly working from home with potential visits to customer premises once or twice a week.
Must Haves
Strong natural Sales/ business development Acumen with the ability to seek out new business and close deals and an inbuilt 'Hunter mindset'
Ability to build relationships quickly with key stakeholders and prospects.
Prior experience in Small teams or startups.
Must have a natural entrepreneurial can-do mindset and be self motivated.
Not essential, but it would be highly valued
Existing network of Construction contacts
Prior experience dealing with construction companies
Prior experience in early-stage Saas Start-ups
We are open to accessing strong candidates who are looking to break into tech and have prior experience in relevant fields such as construction recruitment or selling into construction companies.
