*The role is fully remote (there are no in-office hours). However, you'd need to be based either in the UK or Germany.

The Job

As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and Head of Legal and Compliance, as well as directly supporting our clients, typically global insurers, MGAs, and brokers, in their EU business establishment endeavors. You'll engage with clients to provide crucial assistance and have the chance to showcase our service offerings, playing a key role in generating tangible opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver thorough assistance to the CEO, CFO, and Head of Legal and Compliance as required
  • Aid clients in establishing cross-border insurance intermediation entities and foster positive relationships with clients through proactive communication
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account status
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client onboarding and ongoing support activities, including entity setup documents and contracts
  • Provide continuous support to clients following the establishment of cross-border insurance intermediation entities
  • Coordinate with the clients and German accountants regarding annual accounts, payroll, and other accounting enquiries
  • Assist in sales campaigns and outreach efforts to engage potential new clients
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required

About You:

  • Fluent in English & German
  • University degree in Business or a related field
  • No prior work experience is required; however, candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are preferred.
  • Curious, proactive, and like to take responsibility for things
  • Meticulous and have a good eye for detail
  • Good at multitasking and time management
  • Eager to keep learning
  • And have a can-do and humorous attitude
