Currently, we're seeking a Product Designer with coding skills in modern front-end web technologies. In this role, you'll lead the design and development of a premium suite of curated analysis, sports data aggregation, and research tools for US sports. This is a groundbreaking opportunity where you'll be at the forefront, defining UX design, UI, and the design system. Additionally, you'll contribute to front-end development using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, CSS, and TypeScript.

Your Mission: In this position, you'll be responsible for
- Driving product Design strategies, and road map for the company's UI/UX.
- Lead and drive product design, working with engineers, setting direction.
- Use data, research and market analysis to inform product design decisions.
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of the platform, working with key stakeholders and business partners to achieve company goals.
- Utilise your strong product design knowledge to build intuitive experiences that deliver business value.
- Design User flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces.
- Distill complex problems into simple, user-centered solutions.
- Rapid testing and gathering of customer feedback and analytics to drive decision making.
- Involvement in hiring, mentoring, and establishing engineering culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Displaying strong product design-centric thinking.
- Experience working as both a UX and UI designer.
- Able to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
- Using collaborative tools like Figma and setting up our Design System.
- Able to get stuck into code when required and have knowledge of typescript, react.js, CSS and other front end frameworks.
- Experience building and shipping large-scale end-to-end projects across a variety of platforms.
- Able to work with ambiguity and deliver cutting-edge solutions with minimal guidance.
- Gather requirements across diverse areas and use data to develop product solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to lead engineering teams and work with non-technical stakeholders.
