Shoaly is on a mission to make it easier for people to work together in tackling society's greatest challenges and play a greater role in shaping our systems of democracy. We are on the lookout for a CTO / Co-Founder to join the team, helping to build the company from a beta pilot to a successful business at scale.

The role:

As CTO, you will be responsible for design and build of the MVP and to manage the larger project and engineering team once funding is complete.

Your profile:

• Strong tech and product background - minimum 5+ years experience in tech startups
• Track record with front-end (Android/iOS/React), back-end (PHP8 / Symfony4 , database/lake, AWS/Azure), ML/AI, web
• Solution-oriented, resilient and with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ideally London based

Remuneration:

• The role is initially equity based until we complete funding (this is anticipated within 6 months). Post investment: salary, equity and other benefits.
