    Job Description:

    Cháps is seeking a sales and business development intern to join our team. As a sales and business development intern you will be responsible for finding new business, engaging and gaining their business, devising growth strategies, and fostering collaborations with other businesses. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and research potential stockists, distributors, and business partners to expand our network.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and growth strategies to acquire new stockists and drive revenue growth.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing stockists, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, new market opportunities, and competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
    • Actively seek out and explore opportunities for collaborations and partnerships with other businesses.
    • Provide regular sales and growth updates to the management team, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of sales and growth strategies.
    • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of the beverage market and trends is a plus.
