Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Edoardo Moreni (CEO & Co-founder)
  • Improve and take over current processes in HR from designing a recruitment process to initial screening of new hires
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections
  • Assist in optimising operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity (customer support, workplace, processes, tooling, KPIs)
  • Support the execution of special projects, including market research and competitor analysis

 

Who we are looking for

  • Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
  • High data literacy, a logical approach and excellent Excel/Sheets skills
  • An excellent understanding of digital data analytics

Bonus

Experience running your own small company or startup, or working in a high growth startup or scaleup environment. If not, you may have experience with product, partnerships, content, and community building

2) Take-home test

3) 2nd call with Edoardo & a member of the team

3) Onsite interview with Edoardo & Antonio

 

To facilitate communication, productivity and speed, we work from the office Monday to Friday and this is not a hybrid role. If you are not able to commit, please don't apply. We are not flexible.
