  • About us

Log my Care is one of the fastest-growing Care Software start-ups in the UK, having quadrupled its customer base since 2020. Our mission is to digitise the social care sector (care homes and home care agencies) and help hundreds of thousands of carers to provide a better quality of care to the UK’s most vulnerable people. The sector is over 60% analogue and paper-based, losing out on the many benefits technology can bring. We’re passionate about changing this with our awesome mobile App and Web-based tools that make delivering care far, far easier for hard-working carers.

    The role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Sales Development Representative to join our ambitious Sales team. In this role, you’ll be evangelising our rapidly developing SaaS product to decision-makers at care providers in the UK.

    As an SDR you will:

    • You will identify and qualify sales leads by being a trusted and empathetic first point of contact for prospects. Your mission is to spot opportunities for Log My Care to tackle the kinds of fundamental problems that keep our customers up at night.
    • Consistently meeting your target number of new sales opportunities created each month.
    • Own multi-channel outreach & rigorous qualification of prospects.
    • Proactively prospecting the market and engaging Ideal Customer Profile accounts.
    • Be responsible for partnering with our Account Executives as we go through a period of high growth.
    • Be a key part of the Sales Team, owning research, sourcing, and outreach to key accounts.
    • Support the early stages of building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with decision-makers at care providers.
    • Conduct research activities such as market mapping – identifying where we can source best-fit customers.
    • Be responsible for developing and maintaining a creative multi-channel outbound approach.
This will be a great opportunity for you if you want to:
    • Learn, develop skills, and progress fast. We aim for ‘enabled autonomy’; ensuring you have the ability to own your own work and the support to be successful too.
    • Make a difference. Our product has a direct impact on the lives of thousands of people every day.
    • Join a fast-growing business with high expectations. We have super ambitious goals and require driven people to help build and be key players in a best-in-class Sales team.
    Salary range

    £30k-£35k base, + £10k uncapped commission (£40k - £45k uncapped OTE)

    Your experience

This role will be a great fit if you:

    • Have the hunger to develop commercial skills that will set you up for life.
    • Are an excellent copywriter – understanding how to use your written and spoken word to illuminate challenges for prospects, and educating them on our solution.
    • Want to be on a personal-development fast track that can lead to Selling, Management, or Senior SDR opportunities.
    • Are motivated by hitting targets and earning well.
    • Are an expert in organisation and managing your time.
    • Are autonomous, and independent, and use your intuition.
    • Want to work with a team of hungry & talented sales superstars.
    Bonus points for having:
    • 6+ months in a commercial role within a technology or startup environment.
    • A proven track record of success in previous roles.
    • Knowledge or awareness of how to generate new business pipelines.
    • Experience using our current sales stack (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Jiminny).
    • Familiarity with the social care sector.
    • Previously been an early hire in a small (<5 people) sales team that has grown quickly over a short amount of time, allowing you to acquire knowledge about typical challenges.
    • Experience using data and metrics in the workplace.

    1. Submit your Application and complete a virtual 30 minute Introduction Call with a member of our Talent Team
