I'm working on an app marketplace that allows businesses to pay for different apps for their employees as a part of their wellness programmes. A lot of great apps are paid-for or freemiums, and often people can't afford to pay for all of them. Their employers could pick up those costs instead of covering the cost of monthly lunches and other things that employees value a lot less or can't do due to remote working.

It’s a pure B2B model and myself and later our Sales and Marketing team would take this to the market as a multi-tiered subscription product.

I'm building partnerships and integrations to take this B2B product to the market in the next 6 months and looking for a Co-Founder/CTO to join me and take the product from a solid concept to a successful business at scale.

I have 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, with over 10 years in SaaS (Leadership roles, Director, Board Member, COO, Head of Sales and Marketing, Head of SaaS) so I know how to start and scale businesses.

The role:

As Co-Founder/CTO, you will be responsible for the design and build of the product and managing the engineering team when we are in a position to hire.

Your profile:

• Strong tech and product background - minimum 5+ years experience in tech companies
• Highly competent full-stack engineer, comfortable across all platforms.
• Experience managing a high-performing engineering team, developing a product from MVP to product-market fit and rapidly growing active monthly users.
• Solution-oriented, resilient and prepared to do the hard work with a very small team at the start.

Remuneration:

This is an unpaid position until we raise a pre-seed round which I expect to happen once I have a CTO lined up and have at least several vendor commitments for the MVP. 

I have raised at two companies before (the last two rounds were over £1.5m each) and have a network of investors I'll be talking to once I have a technical Co-Founder on board.

So if you and I 'click' and have a similar level of commitment to take this product off the ground, this might be an amazing and very successful scalable business to grow and potentially sell in a few years.
