Horizon37 is looking for a Results Manager to join our dynamic team of Leadership Partners and brilliant business people.

We are currently a Founder-led team of 14 (a mixture of employees and contractors), including Leadership Experts (delivering programmes), our Business Development team, and our back-office (who are called the “Dynamo Team”.)

Job mission
Coordinating the delivery of our Leadership Team programmes for customers, including:
- Programme Process Management
- Drive the well-established processes of the programme
- Ensure successful engagement for every participant in the programme, including the CEO, Exec team, Chair - and the customer’s Programme Administrator
- Act as the key point of contact for communication with our customers
- Look for opportunities to continually improve the customer experience
- Stay on top of problems that crop up, and be proactive about communicating to the H37 team, who will help problem-solve with you
- Work together with our Programme Administrator and Programme Director to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Programme Delivery Support
- Prepare delivery materials (usually in Google Slides) to support the lead expert
- Administrate diagnostic tools (e.g., Horizon37’s Leadership Launchpad and Hey360) which you will be trained in
- Feedback ideas and insight to the Horizon37 Product Team and work with them to improve our products after each delivery.
- Analysis and Report Production
- Synthesise all data gathered in the insight phases - from customer surveys, interviews, written documents and observations
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to draw insight relevant to the customer’s current leadership state and needs (and owning selected Horizon37 diagnostic tools and products)
- Write concise reports for an executive audience with guidance from the Insight Lead (who will be one of the Horizon37 Leadership Partners allocated on each programme)
- Create and present customer “Team Analyses” using data from our Hey360 diagnostic tool (which you will be trained how to do)
Candidate attributes
- Understanding and interest in both our sector (innovation/growth business ecosystem) and function (leadership coaching) - NB qualifications and experience are less valuable than demonstrable interest
- Appetite for the fast-pace and constant variety of a scaling business
- A strong drive to grow, develop personally, and learn quickly
- Organised, with an ability to prioritise/de-prioritise effectively and manage own time
- Excellent customer service skills, with a “customer-first, results-focussed” mindset
- Excellent listener, open and action-oriented when receiving feedback
- Clear, structured and concise written and verbal communication with senior executives, including charts and diagrams
- Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis
Practicalities
- Various start dates possible
- Work flexibly, part-time four days (or fewer) per week – as a company, we don’t work on Fridays
- Work remotely, from home (although travel to customers will be necessary - expenses will be covered)
- Opportunity to work closely with Horizon37’s Leadership Experts, who can mentor and train you to deliver our coaching methods and programmes over time - subject to your aptitude and appetite
- Support available for external training identified as mission critical to successfully fulfil the function of your role
- £25,440 starting salary for the 4-day week
- 24 days’ annual leave per year
