Officely is a desk booking and flexible office management tool that lives in Slack and MS Teams. We show who is working where each day - whether they are in the office, at home or travelling. Recomend the best days to go into the office and allow users to prebook anything they need to get their work done. All whilst getting full analytics of how your office is being used.
We have clients all around the world and 100ks of users using our product every month.

Stack
- Typescript throughout
- Frontend: React, Vite, TRPC, Tanstack Router
- GCP infra (firestore, cloud functions, k8s)
Must have experience
- 8+ years, can work fully independently
- Working with mature React projects in typescript
- Owning and implementing a product or feature from initial ideation to completion (if you’re used to ticket taking, you’ll likely struggle)
Nice to have experience
- Working in the slack or microsoft ecosystem (we have slack and teams apps)
- Working with monorepos, optimising CICD for fast easy deploys
- Setting up and managing infra
