    We are looking for Growth Hacker who will help us to grow the platform viewership and subscriptions. 

    Responsibilities:

    1. User Acquisition:

      • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers through various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and SEO.
      • Conduct experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition campaigns and maximize ROI.
      • Analyze user behavior and demographics to identify target audiences and refine acquisition strategies.
    2. Conversion Optimization:

      • Optimize conversion funnels across all stages of the user journey, from awareness to purchase.
      • Utilize data analytics and user feedback to identify barriers to conversion and implement solutions to improve conversion rates.
      • Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize website and app experiences for maximum conversions.
    3. Retention and Engagement:

      • Develop strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
      • Implement personalized marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and referral programs to incentivize engagement and retention.
      • Monitor key metrics such as user churn rate, retention rate, and lifetime value to measure the effectiveness of retention efforts.
    4. Product Optimization:

      • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
      • Work closely with product development teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs and market trends.
      • Iterate quickly and experiment with new product features to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
    5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

      • Use analytics tools and data-driven insights to track, measure, and report on the performance of growth initiatives.
      • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
      • Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
