We are seeking a like-minded Junior Digital Marketing Manager/Product Marketing Manager to join our ambitious and young team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's digital marketing strategies and product marketing efforts. What You Will Be Doing:

 

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

What We Expect From You:

 

  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in a digital marketing role at a startup - at least 2 years.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or PPC advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarifty, Hotjar, Moz, etc.)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Able to use Active campaign or other automation platforms
  • Knowledge of the Law/Business industry is a bonus 
  • Able to come up with new and creative approaches to achieve results 
  • Demonstrate logic, rationality, and objectivity in decision making 
  • Ability to map out campaign structures and forecast data
  • Experienced in delivering effective keyword research
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets
  • English proficiency (both written and verbal)
