  • As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the deployment of existing and new products as we advance our frontier technology, and our innovative ecosystem of applications. You will help our company towards our vision of building the ultimate autonomous factory that will enable semiconductor manufacturers delivering billions of dollars of chips across the globe.

    You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery to achieving product-market fit. You will work closely with product development teams to productise R&D to solve complex problems grounded in customer needs. You will rapidly test and experiment with new technologies before we deploy them in production.

    You will coordinate the efforts of the engineering, central product, and commercial teams to successfully deploy products through effective go-to-market strategies. As part of the Central Product team, you will help us to orchestrate a platform ecosystem with a variety of applications to streamline chipmaking.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive growth of our SaaS B2B platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the product organisation, maximising the value of existing products and introducing new products.

    As our Senior Product Manager you will report directly to our CTO and co-founder, collaborate cross-functionally with other senior leaders and teams directly. The right candidate has a results-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment working with transparent and values-driven teams while contributing to nurturing and expanding a team of highly engaged product managers.

    You will:

    • Lead vision, strategy, roadmap and execution of highly innovative and complex products leveraging frontier AI-based technologies (e.g. optimisation) to solve real-world problems
    • Manage full product-lifecycle from product discovery to validating product market fit
    • Be responsible for the end-to-end business value of your product, for example revenue, business model, customer base growth, and managing product costs to achieve and maintain desirable unit economics
    • Identify customer needs, conduct market research and competitor analysis
    • Collect, synthesise and analyse user data to define product specifications
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition of new products to inform business strategy
    • Rapidly prototype and experiment to validate new features and products
    • Work with different stakeholders including cross functional prod development teams with Operational Research engineers and researchers, streamlining product development with business goals
    • Enable product development teams to define OKRs and prioritise user stories
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials
    • Work with our customer success team to establish an efficient product feedback loop to understand customer needs, accelerate deployments and maximise business value.

    You be a good fit if you have:

    • 5+ years of proven experience in product management with leading and executing on launching successful new products or scaling up existing products in tech start-ups or scale-up environments
    • Technical background with experience working cross functionally with engineering teams to ship highly technical products
    • Experience with working or applying innovative technologies like optimisation, simulations, analytics, machine learning or similar technologies
    • Experience with managing end-to-end product lifecycle
    • Track record of working effectively with sales and marketing to launch new B2B SaaS based products
    • Outstanding communication across all levels including senior leadership, peers, downwards
    • Strong curiosity to understand the market, customers, and end-users
    • Ability to work with data and enable data-driven decision making
    • You have deep knowledge in the domains you lead and your natural curiosity drives you to keep learning and stay on top of industry trends and innovations.

    Logistics

    Hybrid environment, office first culture: We are solving very hard problems, we believe in strong engagement and solving hard problems on a physical whiteboard. We, also, believe that flexibility within the ways of working can increase our productivity and achieve real-word outcomes, therefore we do 2 days working from home. Monday, Tuesday and Friday are days that we are working on-site.

    Traveling: Our customers are based across the whole globe, strong product managers understand the need to understand customer needs from first hand experience, therefore there is some traveling expected to understand customer needs, but also to support product deployments and close the loop of new features.
