Job description – Marketing Executive Bilingual English - French

KeyNest is an innovative start-up that provides an essential service at the heart of the sharing economy: a place to store your keys temporarily so that they can be easily shared with Airbnb guests, family and friends, cleaners, maintenance, estate agents, car renters, etc. Every year, millions of KeyNest users collect their keys from our one of 5,000 KeyNest Points across the globe.

We are looking for an ambitious, committed Marketing Executive who is eager to take on new challenges, is able work autonomously and also in a team with our country managers to build our brand and extend our customer base. The successful candidate will be creative to come up with engaging initiatives to attract prospects, support the sales team, increase brand awareness, grow our brand, and write content in English and French.

You’ll be working with two founders, a Digital Marketing Lead and our Designer who are keen to give you full autonomy as soon as possible and will not hesitate to promote and reward high-achieving individuals and provide them the tools needed to realise their full potential. We strongly believe that high job satisfaction leads to high performance.

We are working from our spacious office in Nine Elms, London. This is a full-time role and we are not open to freelancers.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Sales support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and improve the quantity and quality of leads from all marketing channels.
  • Provide marketing materials and support for sales presentations.
  • Develop and execute email blast campaigns to target key prospects and collaborate with the sales team to improve the quality of the leads that result from email campaigns.
  1. Increase brand awareness and brand building
  • Manage all social media accounts – find ways to engage with customers and find new leads.
  • Support the Sales team to prepare for events.
  • Engage with partners to create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns.
  1. Content writing in English and French
  • Write blog articles in English and French that speak to our customers and prospects.
  • Write and create marketing materials (digital and traditional).
  • Write new pages and sections for our website to speak to new customers / partners.
  • Write Award applications and case studies with important customers.

 Who we are looking for

  • Comfortable self-learning whatever is needed to take on new challenges independently.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to manage initiatives from A to Z.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • You’ve gained some experience either through internships or a first full-time role
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills, able to plan projects and resources needed, then execute with a solutions-oriented mindset and assess results autonomously.
  • Excellent communicator (written, verbal, visual).
  • Experience with Airbnb and / or property is a strong plus.
