The Role

Zappi is actively seeking a dynamic business partner to complement its finance function, a pivotal role in supporting global operations. The ideal candidate embodies exceptional motivation, a thirst for continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence within our high-performing Finance team. This role will directly support our increasing demand for analysis, commercial support and provision of financial information.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial models, analysis, and reporting to support various business initiatives.
  • Export, manipulate and integrate large datasets from multiple sources to extract business insights.
  • Create and maintain high quality KPI dashboards and reports for use across the business.
  • Support and maintain pricing/price books within Zappi’s systems.
  • Support and maintain commission and bonus plans.
  • Coordinate across various departments, systems, and platforms (Business Intelligence, Tableau, Salesforce and NetSuite) to ensure consistency and integrity of financial information
  • Support the Sales and Marketing team with forecasting.
  • Support the wider finance team with other monthly and annual tasks as required (for example, sales commission calculations, revenue and cost of sales reporting and annual budgeting)
  • Support finance team with improving reporting, processes, and systems.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
  • Advanced Excel skills; including the ability to construct and operate within complex models
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both within the finance team and more broadly in leading initiatives with the business
  • Eagerness and confidence to embrace new challenges and take on additional responsibilities proactively
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisions
  • Solid commercial acumen, with a sound understanding of all aspects of finance and the impact on the broader business
  • Adept at working with various types of financial data
  • Experience of working with Salesforce desirable
  • Experience of working in a growing, international, multi-currency group desirable

  • Salary £55-65K per annum. Salaries are benchmarked annually
