The Opportunity

The Advisory Collect1ve is a SaaS enabled Advisory Services Company that uses AI and Machine learning to prepare packages of Advisory Services for SMEs and match them with suitable Accounting Practices to deliver these services.

The problem we’re solving is the alarming rate at which SMEs are failing, with 60% of SMEs collapsing within three years and 20% within a year. Key contributors include poor financial management, limited resources, operational inefficiencies, staffing issues and a lack of customers.

Now this is a huge problem, For each SMB closure, the UK economy incurs a loss of over £35K. In 2023, 316.3K UK SMBs shut down; in 2022, the number was 324K, representing an economic loss of £11B each year. Our serviceable market is 285,394 SMEs in the UK alone with a potential reach of 18.5 million SMEs worldwide and a market size of £583 billion globally.

Our Solution

Our unique AI/ML technology prepares packages of Advisory Services tailored for SMEs, and operates a revenue share model for SMEs and a monthly subscription model for Accountants. This not only provides accountants access to a vast pool of potential SME clients but also uses an advanced algorithm to ensure the perfect match between SMEs and Accounting Practices for the delivery of optimal advisory services. 

The CTO/Co-founder Role

Here’s where you come in. We’re looking for a technical co-founder / CTO with a visionary mindset and the technical prowess to lead the development and scaling of our platform.

Responsibilities will include:

• Being the technical face of the company and leading the Vision for our Technology
• Assembling a talented tech team to build our MVP and iterate beyond that.
• Ensuring our stack is scalable and supports our global growth ambitions
• Ensure the strategy for our technology aligns with our business and marketing strategies
• Lead the development of our AI/Machine Learning technology, and leverage the latest advances to give us a competitive advantage and deliver utility for our customers.

Exciting technical challenges include:

• Developing an AI/Machine learning algorithm that matches SMEs to Accountants based on compatibility criteria and continuous learning
• Developing an AI/Machine learning solution that prepares industry specific packages of Advisory services for SMEs
