I'm working on an online marketplace that allows sports clubs to assess the best players to be joined in best teams for international matches. We also provide various opportunities to the players to enhance their skills, get selected, play matches and receive sponsorships.   

 

I have surveyed the concept with players parents, coaches & clubs and received a positive feedback.

 

It’s a pure B2C model, myself and later our Marketing cofounder would take this to the market as a multi-tiered subscription product. It will have various other revenue streams too.

 

Sports industry is a Billion Dollar industry globally with opportunity to scale in other categories.

 

I'm building partnerships and integrations to take this B2C product (MVP once complete) to the market in the next 6-8 months and looking for a Technical Co-Founder (Full Stack coding skills) to join me and start the development of this app.

 

I am a serial entrepreneur with engineering & film companies and one start up with funding in the profile. I have experience in Sales, Business Management, P&L, Leadership, Fund Raising, Operations.

 

The CTO/Co-founder Role

 

As a Tech Co-Founder/CTO, you will be responsible for the design and build of the web/mobile app and managing the engineering team when we are in a position to hire.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Strong tech and product background - minimum 10+ years’ experience in tech companies.
  • Develop platform architecture and implement the latest solutions.
  • Highly competent full-stack engineer, comfortable across all platforms.
  • Experience in web and mobile apps coding with latest technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in AI and ML.
  • Knowledge and Experience in payment gateway integrations.
  • Experience managing a high-performing engineering team, developing a product from Concept to MVP to product-market fit and rapidly growing active monthly users.
  • Solution-oriented, resilient and prepared to do the hard work with no fear of failure.
  • A visionary mindset and the technical prowess to lead the development and scaling of the concept.
  • Uphold high standards of quality and user experience.

Remuneration:

 

This is an unpaid position until we receive revenue or raise a pre-seed round.

 

I have raised investment before and have a network of investors, I'll be talking to them which I expect to happen once the MVP launched and have traction & paying clients for the MVP. 

 

So if you and I 'click' and have a similar level of commitment to take this product off the ground, this might be an amazing and very successful scalable business to grow.
