What are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious salesperson - to join our growing sales team.

You will be responsible for generating sales leads for prospective clients i.e. lenders, banks and building societies, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key introducers within the mortgage market.

What are you going to do ?

Reporting to the Sales Director, your focus is to help grow Eligible’s market share. This includes using highly researched, targeted, high-touch outreach to generate initial introductions and see them through to client onboarding.

As part of your role, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Taking responsibility for every stage in the outreach sales process, including prospect research, sending compelling sales emails, cold-calling and initial proposition selling to book in product demos.
  • Identifying, nurturing, and managing key relationships including introducers.
  • Effectively communicating of our product and its benefits through presentation and demonstration
  • Deliver to an agreed targets and time-frames
  • Produce reports on sales KPIs and monthly sales forecasts
  • Help identify new strategies and opportunities to expand Eligible's market share.

Qualifications ?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales within the B2B sector, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate initial meetings and opportunities through effective cold outreach strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management abilities, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • A consultative approach to sales, with a keen ability to listen, understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and pipelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
