We’re looking for an astute Finance Manager to join our new London office - you’ll thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and help us continue to build the best client service that differentiates us from the rest. Is that you?

Role requirements:

• Manage a client portfolio of tech startup or / and hospitality clients
• Extensive experience of preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts
• Experience of managing staff, reviewing and assigning work, and assisting with training and development
• Carry out performance reviews bi-yearly
• Onboard new clients making a great first impression
• Establish strong relationships with clients and provide business advisory support
• Provide commercial support to the sales team

Requirements:

• Fully ACCA/ACA Qualified
• Proven experience as an Outsourcing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks etc.
• Strong with statutory accounts, accounts payable processes and financial management.
• Excellent communication skills, approachable and friendly
