    TL/DR

    We're looking for a part-time marketing pro to help us systematise our marketing efforts. Its our first marketing hire, so we're open to new ideas, and can offer generous equity.


    Mission

    There's a $500 billion revolution happening in the way people get hired, especially since the pandemic. Our innovate job-matching tech helps jobseekers find jobs faster, employers find employees faster, and recruiting firms make more placements.


    Growth

    Since launching, we've:

    1. Generated $1m+ in revenues
    2. Signed clients from startups, to enterprises to government projects across 15+ countries
    3. Been covered by top media outlets including Forbes, TechCrunch, CNN, FT, Insider +


    Role

    Until now, we've grown organically through search and referrals. Now we're targeting more ambitious marketing goals, with a view to doubling our business valuation in 12 months. Your key role will be to design and implement a new full-funnel machine to target recruitment firm C-suite executives in the UK and US.


    You

    We're looking for someone who has a proven track record in:

    1. Thinking outside the box to identify opportunities within tight budgets
    2. Setting up and managing the tech stack
    3. Handling operations across the whole funnel
    4. Providing relevant reporting
    5. Any experience in the recruitment field will be very helpful!


    Cons

    3. We don't have a massive ad budget so you'll need to be super creative
