We’ll also be transforming our product, developing new features and introducing new products. In the UK, we now have over 1.6m registered users, offering a range of products like the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and our premium plan, Freetrade Plus.

We are looking for an exceptional growth marketer to join our team. You will be working on growth initiatives that will drive commercial growth for the business.
You will...
  • Focus on the core growth objectives, identifying opportunities to grow north star metrics across paid and owned channels.
  • Direct channel strategy on key growth areas, be data orientated ensuring granular measurement and close budget control for any new initiatives.
  • Drive user acquisition through partnerships, identifying new opportunities to scale against our target market.
  • Have a growth hacking mindset, thinking outside the box to scale user acquisition.
  • Own growth KPIs, hit and exceed user quality targets whilst driving growth.
  • Proactively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the channel mix
  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution reporting and optimisation of the budget and campaigns
  • Make data driven, strategic decisions to optimise channel-mix and improve CAC
  • Deeply understand our customers and leverage this knowledge to prioritise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal team to proactively share insights & opportunities, as well as work on broader marketing campaigns
  • Create holistic marketing strategies, defining channels of execution, content and relevant copy to execute an all comms campaign
  • As a senior growth marketer you must be living the freetrade values, looking to bar raise and executing quality work at speed.

You have...
  • You 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally having worked in the financial services industry or high-growth tech business
  • You are an expert, and have hands-on knowledge of performance marketing campaigns, from paid to SEO.
  • You have a demonstrable track record of scaling best-in-class acquisition campaigns achieving both growth and quality.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate results and insights from performance marketing strategies to the wider business
  • You adopt a growth mindset, always looking for incremental gains and testing your hypotheses
  • You are highly organised and have a strong attention to detail
  • You are a self starter, proactive and self-motivated
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable writing advertisements.
  • You have expertise in tracking, attribution, mobile measurement, google analytics and BI data tools (looker etc.)
  • You have a view on how AI can be leverage for growth marketing
  • You are scrappy and hands-on with no hesitation to get in the weeds.
  • You are happy to challenge the status quo if you believe there are better ways to perform the task
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities
  • You are driven by Freetrades mission and uphold our values

Benefits & Logistics
The application process consists of a four stage process. You will initially have a phone interview with one of our internal Talent Specialists, followed by a call with the hiring manager, a cultural and behavioural interview, with the final round being a task with the hiring manager and members of the wider Marketing team.
