About MediaCycle: MediaCycle is an idea stage, AI-driven platform that transforms media agency operations by automating repetitive tasks. Our mission is to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve work-life balance for agency professionals, enabling them to deliver superior client value and achieve sustainable growth.

Role Overview: This individual will play a critical role in shaping the technology strategy, driving product development, and scaling our platform to meet the demands of a growing market. As the Technical Co-Founder, you will work closely with me to bring our vision to life.

Experience: Proven track record as a back-end/full-stack engineer, Technical Co-Founder, or senior engineering leader in a successful startup or high-growth company.

Technical Expertise: As far as I can tell, the initial product will be built using react & mongo (More than happy to be challenged on this, you are the expert!). After that a familiarity of AI, machine learning, and data analytics will be required to create the product roadmap, hire a team and build further iterations.

Soft skills; Being able to take the initiative/be pro-active, communicate and express your opinion, whilst being challenged. Being humble enough to admit when you are wrong, whilst being gracious enough not to rub salt in the wound when proving someone else wrong.

Remuneration; You will receive co-founder status and equity to reflect that the project is currently at idea stage. To be clear this is a zero salary role, we would be building from scratch

About me; Over 13 years of his career, Jai has worked in a range of agency (Mindshare, OMD, Wavemaker, Initiative, Dentsu) and client side roles, most recently working at Starcom on the AB-InBev account as the EU regional business director.

Alongside this, he has experience leading marketing and business operations in early stage startups (WiseAlpha, Bluezone Insurance, RentFlow).
