Transfers Operations Specialist

Compensation: £35,000 - £41,000 / year

We’ll also be radically improving our product for our core customer base. In the UK, we now have over 1.6 million registered users, and we offer a range of products such as the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and UK Treasury bills.

You will be working with the transfers team within Operations and should have an extensive amount of knowledge within the ISA transfer space. Understanding the rules and regulations. Additional knowledge within European stock transfers, JISA’s or fund transfers would be beneficial as well.


You will...
  • Transfer assets in/out of the business relating to ISA/GIA and SIPP products.
  • Process transfer applications within set SLAs
  • Process valuations and provide acceptance of assets within set SLAs
  • Chase and monitor transfer progress with external counterparties and clients
  • Provide technical support to our Customer Operations team to help answer client queries.
  • CREST transfer process
  • Support the wider transfers team with ad-hoc tasks
  • Project work - Review and explore new opportunities
  • Define and improve processes and procedures

  • Strong attention to detail the processes you will be involved in are critical to the business and would have regulatory implications if not completed with accuracy.
