    • This role is open to individuals with early career experience or recent/upcoming graduates.
    • Operations at Encode Club, an Emerging Tech developer education company, involves contributing broadly to the company. This may include handling back-end logistics and system-building for Encode’s programmes, programme management, marketing, business development, event organisation and more.
    • As a startup, Encode’s environment is dynamic and eclectic. We tailor your early experience to give you broad exposure and significant responsibility based on the company’s needs, eventually leading to specialisation as you find your niche.     About Encode Club

    • Encode Club is a leading developer education company in Emerging Tech. We work with top companies in Web3 and AI to organise programmes such as hackathons, bootcamps, and accelerators, designed to help talented individuals advance their skills and careers. Each quarter, over 10,000 participants engage in Encode’s programmes, benefiting from our commitment to high-quality, community-driven education.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute broadly to Encode’s departments operationally, including back-end logistics, Programme Management, Marketing, and Business Development.
    • Assist with and solve any operational problems Encode is addressing.
    • Role varies based on the demand of Encode but usually includes: Airtable database management, event organisation, logistics, project management, community management and partnership communication.

    About You

    • Early work experience or a recent/upcoming graduate (we offer future start dates).
    • Strong desire to be an Operations Generalist in a startup.
    • High performer with a proven academic track record (2:1 or above from a leading university).
    • Confident in your abilities, full of ideas, and eager to move quickly into a leadership position.
    • Evidence of atypical achievements beyond your undergraduate degree (extracurricular activities, sports, arts, postgraduate study, research, projects, side-hustles, jobs while studying, general life experiences).
    • Strong social abilities and people skills, demonstrated through team-based activities or leadership roles. You should thrive when interacting with others.
    • Clear and focused motivation to join our team, resonate with our mission, and contribute to the operational backbone of our mission.
    • Naturally curious with unconventional or obsessive hobbies and interests.
    • High integrity, kindness, and supportiveness are values we uphold.
    • Based in London, where our office is located.
