Demand Generation Manager

We’re looking for a versatile and driven Demand Generation Manager with experience in B2B startup environments to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth initiatives, blending a multi-channel approach with conversion rate optimisation, and lead nurturing to help us target and capture decision-makers in Learning and Development roles. You’ll be responsible for paid and organic growth strategies, with a keen eye on improving and scaling performance on existing acquisition channels and core outcomes such as leads generated, and lead quality. 

What you'll be doing:

The below isn’t an exhaustive list, but these are some of the things you may be doing.

Performance marketing

  • Own and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, and experiment with other channels
  • Analyse performance data to inform strategy and maximise ROI

CRO and experimentation

  • Implement A/B tests and other experimentation techniques across our website and other channels to improve conversion rates
  • Utilise data from other sources such as stakeholder and user feedback to refine and improve acquisition tactics

Lead nurturing and sales team collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, by providing support and insights to improve the success of inbound and outbound deals
  • Own lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and help them become product-aware

Organic growth

  • Build on our good base of organic traffic to make our web visitors more buyer-focused and product-oriented
  • Manage and utilise content marketing freelancers/or agencies to support organic growth 

Website management

  • Oversee content updates and improvements to our website
  • Manage external developers and agencies to ensure the website aligns with our brand and marketing goals

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on Business-to-Enterprise
  • Good working knowledge of performance marketing in the B2B world, particularly with Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of CRO and A/B testing and comfortable building and reporting on experiments
  • Experience in lead nurturing and sales collaboration
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with CRMs (we use Hubspot)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience owning marketing reporting and utilising reports to drive future strategies
  • Comfortable reporting to senior leadership, including the Director of Revenue and CEO
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
