We are on a mission to revolutionise the IT services landscape with a focus on reliability, security, and cutting-edge technology. As we expand, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team and drive our growth alongside our CEO.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated CTO with a strong background in IT support, ranging from 1st line to 3rd line. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by the legal sector. As our CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy, leading our technical team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT services to our clients. Equity options are available as part of the compensation package.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
    • Lead and mentor the IT support team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Design and implement scalable and secure IT infrastructures tailored to the needs of legal sector clients.
    • Collaborate with the CEO to identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, particularly within the legal sector.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise service delivery and cost efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in IT support, with hands-on experience from 1st-line to 3rd-line support roles.
    • Previous experience in a leadership or management position within an MSP or IT services company.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
    • Strong understanding of the specific IT needs and challenges of the legal sector, including law firms and barrister chambers.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with the CEO and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
