This pivotal role includes guiding learners through the internal facing Multiverse Leadership Skills Lab. The Leadership Skills Lab is an 8 month programme aimed at developing leadership skills among high potential individuals, new leaders, and experienced leaders at Multiverse. Drawing from the modules of the L5 People Leadership Programme, the Leadership Skills Lab focuses on practical skill-building exercises, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, asynchronous learning modules, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion support, and personalised coaching sessions.

There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to transition into a permanent Transformative Leadership Coach position when the programme launches in the future. The successful candidate will initially undertake the role for a duration of 8 months with a time commitment of approximately 10-14 hours a month.

What you’ll do

• Deliver engaging, in-depth training on the select competencies derived from the Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship standard.

• Work with Learning and Delivery Team members to help iterate on program content and analyse customer/learner feedback

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on matters of Leadership content.

• Utilise digital tools and to enhance the educational experience and meet project objectives effectively.

• Continuously assess and evaluate learners’ progress, providing personalized feedback and support to foster an environment conducive to continuous improvement and professional development.

About you

• Exceptional communication skills with proven effectiveness in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.

• Demonstrated expertise in influencing peers and direct reports, conflict resolution, and fostering collaborative team environments.

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs and dynamically respond to changing project scenarios.

• Deep understanding of ethics and a commitment to promoting inclusivity within teams.

• A demonstrated knowledge and ability to manage projects from inception until conclusion while accounting for managing budgets, people relations, risks, stakeholder communication, and risk assessment.

• Experience in presenting and teaching concepts to learners is essential for this role. These skills can be learned/augmented, but a demonstrated proficiency in teaching is a standout skill be that presenting at conferences, workshops, or participating/leading in company learning programs/mentorships.

• Project Management certifications are a plus and differentiator (desirable)

• Leading cross functional initiatives or leading in a matrix model. (desirable)
