Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven CEO/Co-founder with a passion for fitness and a background in e-commerce. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make a significant impact. This role offers an equity partnership and the chance to lead EMPIREGIRL's growth in the fitness market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business strategy to shift into the fitness industry.
• Lead product development and launch new protein bars and fitness products.
• Oversee operations, marketing, sales, and finance.
• Build and manage a high-performing team.
• Establish partnerships with fitness industry stakeholders.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing campaigns.

• Ensure the company's financial health and stability.
