    • Emotionally mature and confident - you’ll need to set boundaries and know when to communicate clearly

    • Adaptable and resilient - you’re someone who’s energised by ever-changing and fast-paced environments

    • An ideas person - you’re driven to find new and better ways of doing things

    • Willing and able to travel - support for members can often be delivered in-person (up to several times per week)

    You’ll need
    • Strong communication skills - you’ll regularly be communicating with a diverse group of members as well as internal stakeholders and our government partners

    • Experience and comfort with multi-tasking - you’ll need to be comfortable moving forward many people’s cases each week

    • Compassion for people in tough situations - some of our members have been through very challenging times and you’ll need strong listening skills and compassion

    • Resilience and a positive attitude - we’ll be honest, there are countless easier jobs than being a caseworker, but almost none as meaningful

    • Respect for data-driven decision-making - alongside your humanity, you’ll appreciate the importance of acting on data

    • Extra languages are a cherry on top - right now, we’re on the lookout for Welsh and Ukrainian speakers!

Sound like you? Perhaps you don’t feel you tick every box - that’s OK, we encourage those who feel 70% confident with the role, to please hit ‘Apply’, especially if you’re excited about helping kickstart a new era of opportunity for those left behind!
