The Role

Our Operations team is a well oiled machine that keeps our client’s offices running smoothly and looking as beautiful as the day that they moved in. As our Operations Executive, you’d be managing our bespoke system to ensure a top quality experience for our 65+ clients across London.

You will be:

  • Taking ownership to ensure the rapid and efficient resolution of planned and reactive office services and facilities tasks.
  • Coordinating the allocation of resources, from internal engineers to subcontractors, for effective resolution within SLAs.
  • Overseeing job fulfilment, including materials tracking, documentation completion, and thorough audit trails.
  • Ensuring compliance with our contractual obligations, particularly in property, asset, and system maintenance, maintaining clear documentation throughout.

About you

  • You’re customer obsessed and keep them at the heart of the work you’re producing.
  • You are high energy and proactive - a go-getter!
  • You have some experience in Facilities Management coordination.
  • Computer literate - you’re comfortable using Google Docs and can pick up new software with ease.
  • You’re a creative problem solver who can anticipate issues before they arise, proactively looking for solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, you cut through the noise, avoiding ambiguity and driving alignment between stakeholders.
  • As a natural relationship builder, you’re able to adapt your style based on the stakeholder that you’re collaborating with; from office colleagues, to engineers or suppliers, you can communicate effectively with anyone!

Interview Process

  1. Telephone Interview with Lizzie McFaull (People & Talent Lead)
  2. Second interview, including task, with Luke Williams (Operations Manager) and Simon Warner (VP Business Operations)
  3. Final interview with Steve Coulson (CEO & Co-Founder)
