    πŸš€Your mission: The Polish Business Development Manager would play a key role in expanding the business on the B2B and B2C  landscape across the Polish and International market, while building relationships with new and existing accounts. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Selling and advising our innovative services to IT Companies/IT Recruitment agencies and Freelancers 
    • Support in setting sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition
    • Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales Navigator, Networking, etc) and follow-up
    • Managing the whole sales cycle, from initial prospect to finalising and closing  the deal
    • Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions
    • Negotiating contracts with clients 
    • Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions
    • Liaise and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of service provided
    • Participate in online and offline events
    • Ensuring the quality of the clients’ and consultants' experience and the outreach of Hightekers in the Polish market



    Profile:

    • Fluency in English and Polish, written and spoken is essential
    • Previous experience working in the Polish  Market in a Sales/Business Development in a similar industry (or umbrella, EOR, recruitment agency), is a must for the role 
    • Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Well-spoken, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
    • A strong can-do attitude  and sales driven with the ability to manage time and different projects
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Previous leadership experience or eagerness to progress into a management role would be ideal for the role
    • Conflict management and resolution skills
    • Strong negotiation skills and team working spirit
