    Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

    We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager - Built Environment to join our team.

    Requirements

    • Close new key accounts with National & Regional Developers where we can supply our charging points and installation services. Obtaining framework agreements with home builders across the UK.

    • Help shape and define the Sales Strategy for the 'Built Environment', comprising Developers, Landlords, Managing Agents & Property Developer markets.

    • Work closely with builder’s merchants & wholesalers to activate clients through this channel.

    • Utilising your network and experience to grow Ohme’s profile & market share within the Built Environment. Increasing sales demand and our share across existing partners.

    • Commercial Focus, with experience of building strategic partnerships, sales pipeline, revenue growth and scale businesses in this segment.

    • Account Management: Strengthen relationships with key customers and their associated stakeholders, moving beyond price to build strategic partnerships.

    • Customer Focus, ensuring Ohme propositions fulfil the needs of B2B customers in this market and their end users.

    • Communication skills, able to articulate the complexities of smart EV charging / installation services to Built Environment stakeholders.

    • Give presentations to key accounts, partners and industry about the benefits of Ohme’s solution.

    • Work closely with the wider organization and sales team.

    • Experience of working within the Built Environment with National & Regional Developers.

    • Knowledge of the Energy Market and how EV's can contribute towards delivering net zero ambitions.
