The role:

We are looking for an additional Enterprise Salesperson to join our growing sales team who will be reporting to the Head of Sales. The individual needs to be a self-starter with an established network and strong interpersonal skills. A highly motivated individual that excels at business acquisition. They will have proven experience in strategically sourcing and signing new enterprise sized banks and brokers, using a consultative and solution led sales approach. An innovative thinker who challenges the status quo and possesses the ability to drive positive change within the business that benefits our future customers and drives revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is passionate about business development, thrives on accountability, strategically developing, and maintaining a robust pipeline of revenue. They must enjoy challenges and have proven experience with sourcing and developing relationships in the Asset Servicing community.  You will be selling a disruptive vision of how Proxymity is here to change the investor communications landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and close net new Enterprise logos
  • Research and understand your customers and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges and Proxymity value proposition
  • Influence and drive the sales process while managing through multi-layer stakeholders in the organisations
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methodologies, techniques and evaluation criteria throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success 
  • Rapidly learn investor communications and the Proxymity model

Requirements

  • 5+ years new business sales experience.
  • Deeply rooted drive to win.
  • Sales Achiever. Past over achievement (quota, revenue goals or Sales person of the Year, etc) selling SaaS solutions.
  • Know the art of complex SaaS sales cycles with demonstrated ownership of territory and account management including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Growth mindset you seek out feedback and development to become a better seller today than you were yesterday.
  • You follow a validated solution selling methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.
  • Experience of software sales into the Financial Services vertical
