About you

You’ll be joining the Strategic Client Implementations team as Senior Client Implementation Manager. Reporting to the head of the team, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

You must demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects and implementations in a regulated environment. You will also need to have a passion for working in a fast paced, client-focussed, and innovative business.

We are looking for someone with strong previous experience as an implementation manager in a client facing role to manage strategic client implementations, within an Agile operating environment. You will work on and be accountable for a variety of client implementations, such as supporting our Embedded Banking Partners and Strategic Clearing Clients, by onboarding them to the ClearBank platform in a controlled and efficient manner.

You will work directly with the ClearBank Executive, Product Managers, Relationship Managers, Risk and Compliance professionals, as well as operational and engineering teams to achieve the right outcomes for ClearBank.

You will be

As the Senior Client Implementation Manager your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Developing a detailed project plan outlining tasks, resources and schedule.
  • Coordinating and communicating with the internal and client project teams.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress and performance of the project against the plan.
  • Ensuring project milestones are met working with internal subject matter experts.
  • Planning, organising, and delivering multiple implementation projects.
  • Identifying, monitoring, and resolving project risks and issues.
  • Troubleshooting and developing solutions to remove obstacles with relevant stakeholders.
  • Leading client facing meetings and workshops including internal governance meetings.
  • Closing the project and evaluating its success and lessons learnt

Requirements

What you need to demonstrate

  • Significant previous and relevant experience in leading client implementations.
  • The ability to operate in an energetic environment to deliver within a specific deadline.
  • Previous experience:
  • In a senior client facing role and operating in a banking environment.
  • Manging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation (including Executive leadership).
  • Leading structured workshops, working groups and meetings with clients.
  • Working with Agile Product and Technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of payment clearing services (including accounts and payments).
  • Proven ability to:
  • Solve complex problems with the support of subject matter experts.
  • Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Influence at all levels of an organisation to achieve a required outcome.
  • Navigate ambiguity whilst instilling confidence.
