Reporting to the Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for CRM, marketing campaigns, performance ads, and ensuring consistency and quality across all communication touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM:

• Develop engaging and personalized copy for email campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers and driving user engagement.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to understand customer segments, preferences, and behaviors to tailor messaging effectively.
• Write subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action that resonate with the target audience and drive desired actions.

Concepts for Marketing Campaigns:

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative campaign ideas that align with TransferGo's brand objectives and marketing strategies.
• Translate marketing briefs and objectives into compelling copy that communicates key messages and value propositions effectively.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and offline channels.

Performance Ad Copy:

• Craft concise and impactful ad copy for digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy to optimize performance and drive higher click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
• Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust copy accordingly to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Ad Hoc Work Checking and Improving Copy Across the Company:

• Review and edit your copy colleagues’ work across various company touchpoints, including website pages, landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional materials, to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing copy to enhance clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and content teams, to ensure cohesive communication across all channels and assets.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter in a marketing or advertising agency, fintech industry experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of copywriting projects, including CRM emails, marketing campaigns, and performance ads.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading/editing skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven approach to optimizing copy performance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, integrated marketing communications.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and project management tools.
