Requirements

Product Management at Panaseer

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead and develop an outstanding team of 3 Product Managers, that are changing the way Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) measure, validate and communicate risk in large, highly regulated Enterprises.

The Director of Product Manager will lead this team while working with the Chief Product Officer, Head of Engineering, Head of Product Experience, Lead Data Scientist, Director of Product Marketing, and stakeholders across the business, to ensure that we maximize the market impact of our innovation investments. This leader will do this through a combination of coaching and developing their team, maturing our Product Development Lifecycle processes, and collaborating closely with the Chief Product Officer to develop our product and company strategy.

This is an essential leadership role at Panaseer with impact across all parts of R&D and Go-to-Market and visibility up to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

· Engage with executives, leaders and analysts in Cyber Security at our customers to understand market trends, Cyber patterns and customer use cases

· Work with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to develop data-driven ROI case for product roadmap priorities and initiatives

· Coach and develop the existing team of Product Managers

· Mature product operations by developing a market-driven Product Development Lifecycle

· Own the end-to-end delivery of large, high-impact product changes, from inception to implementation and launch

· Lead market-driven product launches, beta programs and new product introductions including developing GTM strategy

Who You Are

· 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development and/or Product Marketing, primarily in Enterprise B2B and SaaS

· 3+ years of experience managing and developing Product Managers to a high standard

· Track record of generating outstanding results in growth and hyper-growth startups

· Experience developing Product Development Lifecycle processes (ex. strategic planning, demand validation, solution validation, agile development, product launches)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with public speaking at “All Hands” meetings, webinars and conferences

· Ability to learn technical domains incredibly quickly

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Commercial, as well as technical, mindset

· Leads with compassion

· Low ego, team player

Desirable skills

· Experience in at least 1 Cyber Security domain (ex. Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management)

· Experience with Big Data technologies (ex. ETL, Data Flow, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence)

· Experience testing and refining product/market fit (ex. ICP, buyer needs, value props, competitive positioning)
