**Hybrid onsite & remote (Fully remote considered) "Fullstack" UX/UI Designer**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile fullstack designer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product focused user experience and user interface design. Those with experience working in marketing or creative agencies and fast paced environments have tended to thrive but it is not an essential pre-requisite.

You will be the first full time designer and responsible for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs across various digital platforms including websites, apps, and marketing content. Whilst we have our first product, this opportunity can be considered a blank canvas - one with which you can bring your own unique, creative flair and mould into your own! 

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product and project requirements and objectives.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and mobile apps.
- Develop engaging marketing collateral including social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology.

**Requirements:**
- A degree is not essential but a nice to have. We want to hire those with talent and who can add to the company culture. 
- 5+ years of experience at the coalface, working as a designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across web, mobile, and marketing channels. 
- Proficiency in modern design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Experience working in a startup or agile environment.
