**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring they're scalable and efficient.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes.
- Design and implement secure backend APIs and ensure frontend applications are responsive and user-friendly.
- Handle deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure management to keep our applications running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack and optimize system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continually enhance our development practices.

**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer working with the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with Atlassian's product management suite is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
