Our products are sold predominantly via our own website and in top tier retailers around the world (eg. Selfridges and Nordstrom). We are a dedicated and inspiring team of 20 that put our values of comfort, creativity and celebration at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for our first ever Junior Producer.

Summary Of The Role

If project production of creative briefs and photoshoots is your passion, then read on! Reporting to our Creative Operations Manager and working closely alongside our Creative and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production of creative content (still and motion) for our commercial, editorial and social shoots.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Work alongside the Creative Ops to continually develop and manage a creative critical path, aligning to a content and marketing calendar to ensure D&D's content is delivered on time and to brief
  • Once concepts and briefs (both from Marketing and Creative) are approved, you will brief the external creative teams. You may be required to outsource certain projects so creative contacts would be key!
  • Be responsible for all production admins, logistics and shipments as well as studio ad-hoc assisting.
  • Manage sample management pre and post production
  • Accountable for delivery of assets on time and on budget by leveraging multiple skill sets
  • Continually updating all in-house documents including but not limited to: Budget tracker, Critical Paths, Image Usage tracker & Shoot briefs
  • Own the internal drive, while making sure it's up to date and organised in an efficient manner

PRODUCTION

  • Implementing production of all D&D editorial and commercial photoshoots: Booking venues, talents, castings for all Flat Shoots, Ecom & Campaign/event, Content shoots and The Sunday Paper. Ensuring all shoot briefs, product & image management and post-production is captured and delivered on time
  • Lead communication with all external temporary resources.
  • Work closely and alongside the Senior Creative Lead on bringing the Art Direction to life, proposing and scouting different locations, talent & models to share with the team
  • Update the yearly creative project budget & ensuring all invoices, expenses and payments are being documented and reconciled and remain within the allocated project budget
  • Support on all D&D event productions when required. Working closely with our external press agency on event & product support
  • Create call sheets, production briefs, shotlists and sample tracking lists
  • Discover new creative contacts and freelancers to continually add to the roster.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in creative production and/or assistant production
  • Experience in production of stills and video
  • Ability to multitask, plan and track checklists
  • Excellent time management and ability to use your time where it adds most value
  • Brief creations and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Great written and verbal communications
  • Pro-active and capable of driving the project forwards in a positive way - with a hunger for inspiring change and operational improvement
