The Role

Pearl Lemon is looking for a highly motivated and driven person to help drive forward our ambitious growth plans throughout 2024 and beyond. You will be an important part of a tight-knit team who have a hands-on approach and are passionate about taking the business to the next level. There will be a focus on developing the Pearl Lemon and our client’s brand through research, data mining, content creation, design, and other steep learning-based tasks.

We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their speed of communication, attention-to-detail, and meticulous planning skills, but can adapt to change in a very fast-moving environment. A strong understanding of digital marketing is essential, as are exceptional people and communication skills to help develop team members who you will manage directly.

POSSIBLE Responsibilities:

• Defining and documenting business processes.
• Creating charts and graphics of data for reporting purposes.
• Working with project management tools.
• Assisting the lead generation team and other members as needed.
• Assisting with a variety of tasks, from building lists for data mining, link building, internal website analysis, and more.
• Learning and using premium tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Find That Lead, and others.
• Managing PA items, including Amazon purchases and big run list things (kits lists, sign-ups, etc).
• Conducting personal research and handling property/tax-related tasks.
• Paying rent as needed and assisting with payroll.
• Clearing personal emails
• Conducting tool research for the agency.
• Providing general team help with payments and passwords.
• Submitting proposals on Upwork.
• Reviewing NDAs to ensure there are no hidden clauses.
• Helping manage internal client disputes and court cases.
• Managing listicle replies to gain placements.
• Clearing team email inboxes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Being punctual and quick to respond and communicate on a daily basis.
• Knowledge of data mining techniques.
• Proven experience in social media management.
• Ability to organize and multitask successfully.
