About This Position

3NS is pioneering a new era of digital asset management with our innovative multi-chain naming system designed to unlock unprecedented value in digital assets. We are seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to join us as a Co-founder. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital asset authentication and access, contributing to the development and success of 3NS on a global scale.

As a Co-founder of 3NS, you will lead the strategic direction, innovation, and growth of the company. This senior-level role demands a candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership qualities, and a profound understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategic objectives of 3NS.
• Drive the adoption and growth of the 3NS platform, enhancing its value and appeal to users worldwide.
• Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, including blockchain projects, digital asset creators, investors, and technology leaders.
• Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and achievement.
• Oversee financial strategies, including budgeting, fundraising, and resource allocation, to ensure the sustainability and growth of the organization.
• Work closely with the founding team to pioneer new technologies, identify market opportunities, and address challenges.
• Represent 3NS at industry events, in the media, and in other public forums to articulate the company's vision and value proposition.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain 3NS's competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a founder or senior leader in a technology startup, preferably within the blockchain or digital assets domain.
• A deep passion for and understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and their potential to transform industries.
• Outstanding leadership and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to drive growth and achieve ambitious goals.
• Strong business and financial acumen, capable of making strategic decisions to enhance profitability and organizational growth.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse range of stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, and skilled at identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
• Residency in the UK or US, with a preference for US-based candidates.
