We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth by driving sales and forging strategic commercial partnerships. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively conduct sales outreach to corporate clients, brands, and diverse potential partners, effectively communicating 3NS's value proposition to secure sales and establish commercial partnerships.
  • Carry out detailed research to identify and assess potential partners, understanding their business models and how our services can meet their needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive pipeline of leads and prospects, implementing strategic outreach and follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with a proven track record in closing deals and cultivating partnerships, ideally within the technology, blockchain, or digital asset industries.
  • Strong research capabilities, with the ability to identify valuable partnership opportunities and customize outreach efforts.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging and persuading senior executives and decision-makers.
  • A solid understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, with enthusiasm for digital assets and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Self-driven and results-focused, with a strategic mindset towards achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines effectively.
