About the role

This role sits within our Customer Sales team and is ideal for anyone who takes pride in offering five-star customer service, and has experience in dealing with admin-based customer service tasks.

The successful candidate will be dealing directly with motivated car sellers who have contacted Motorway, guiding them through the necessary steps for getting their car ready for sale, and helping them to get the best deal possible for their car.

Working as part of the Customer Sales Administrator team, you will play an integral role in providing full administrative support to the Customer Sales team.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor unassigned tickets and answer general customer queries.
  • Seek appropriate and well-informed solutions for customers along their seller journey.
  • Support the Customer Sales team during periods of annual leave or days off by covering Agents, responding to and guiding customer queries.
  • Follow up on queries, and look into any potential discrepancies or issues, liaising with the relevant external company where necessary.
  • Complete other ad hoc admin duties as required by the Customer Sales team.
  • Work efficiently in order to hit performance KPIs.

Shifts available:

  • Sunday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm
  • Monday - Friday 10:15am - 7pm

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service or admin-based role.
  • Ability to engage with all types of customers and work in a team.
  • A can-do attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills as you will be working with multiple systems at once, so you need to be organised and focused.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and systems quickly.
  • Seeks customer-focused resolutions.
