About the role:

We are seeking an ambitious IT Services Engineer to join our team in Brighton. You will be working within our IT Services team, alongside our other engineers to deliver exceptional service to our Motorway colleagues based across multiple office locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern cloud-first environment, gaining exposure to industry leading tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Providing fantastic IT service to our (internal) customers.
• Delivering great communication, keeping the team updated, and making people feel looked after.
• Getting stuck into troubleshooting, resolving issues and ensuring people have the equipment and knowledge they need to do their jobs.
• Making use of your passion for IT & technology to suggest and implement improvements to make all our lives better.
• Using your knowledge, experience and common sense to prioritise and juggle a demanding workload of business as usual issues and essential project work.
• Making time to explore, learn and develop your skills and experience.

The first 12 months:

• Learn the Motorway systems and services.
• Become familiar with common issues, and their resolutions.
• Understand the key services, dependencies and risks affecting the business.
• Build a trust-based relationship with your colleagues and customers.
