Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a new customer success team.
• Manage pre- and post-sales customer activities.
• Drive customer retention initiatives.
• Consult customers on best practice product usage.
• Develop existing customers.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

• An interest in advanced manufacturing.
• A minimum of two years experience in Customer Success.
• Team management experience.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
