Responsibilities:

• Run end-to-end customer delivery projects.
• Diagnose customer operations.
• Consult customers on best practice product usage.
• Drive customer retention initiatives.
• Support pre-sales customer engagements.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

• An interest in advanced manufacturing.
• One to ten years experience in Technology Consulting or Customer Success.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Nice to have: Leadership experience.
