£280/day, 4 days/week freelance

We’re looking for a founder associate to help the founders with the day-to-day running of the company and the development of VouchSafe.

Responsibilities

• Prioritisation of goals and tasks based on our product roadmap 
• Writing and editing direct communications with external stakeholders and customers
• Write internal communications
• Help the founders organise their emails and calendars 
• Help prepare for meetings with advisors and stakeholders
• Note taking and minuting meetings
• Summarising meetings and writing up actions 
• Help founders update sales pipelines
• Assist the team in finding and applying for funding opportunities
• Facilitate our daily 10am stand-ups, as well as fortnightly sprint planning and retrospective meetings
• Organise few company-wide events

Things you’ll need

• Interest or experience working in tech start-ups, tech-for-good, B2B SaaS or similar fast-paced environments
• The ability to stay very organised, and keep others organised too 
• A willingness to work across areas–there will be opportunities to help with sales, growth, design and product design work

Nice to have 

• Experience being an executive assistant, founders associate, project manager, delivery manager or similar

What working with us is like

• 4 day working week 
• Flexible hours with core hours of 10-4pm (with time out for school pick-up if you need it!)
• Hybrid working - we’re based in Peckham, and do 2 days in the office
