With a whole new suite of digital media products ready to go, we now require an experienced and highly ambitious Account Manager to work closely with our dedicated Media Sales team to deliver value to our biggest partners. You will be working closely with our VP Partnerships in a newly developed business unit (media and editorial) and help deliver a first-class partner service and drive incremental revenue for this unit / tribe.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate, timely and on budget delivery of media campaigns in line with agreed scope of work
  • Anticipate future changes to timelines or scope and actively troubleshoot scenarios ensuring they are presented to the client in advance of them happening
  • Collaborate with the sales lead to identify and pursue new business opportunities offering higher levels of value to the partner
  • Build a strong rapport with the partner by organising regular scheduled video calls to discuss project/s and company updates
  • Develop multiple stakeholder relationships with our partners, understanding each individual's motivator and how they can benefit from working with Lyst
  • Lead and motivate numerous internal teams towards delivering market and sector leading work
  • Manage high value multiple platform campaigns end to end - across production, social, paid social, editorial and newsletter
  • Work closely with the legal and finance team ensuring processes are adhered to and invoices are raised in the timely manner
  • Proactively develop, implement and share new ways to improve the quality of work within the business
  • Oversee the evaluation of completed campaigns and sharing of results, including suggested ways to improve future projects
  • Be responsible for driving repeat business through the lens of delivery a quality customer experience
  • Manage relationships with other interlinked stakeholders and agencies

Requirements

  • Ability to travel across EMEA when required to do so
  • A solid understanding of media partnerships and how they bring incremental value to the partner
  • Proven experience of delivering six figure multi platform campaigns (ideally within a matrix organisation)
  • Familiarity with executing media plans and handling production reports, including a deep understanding of platform specifications and delivery requirements for various media channels
  • The highest level of problem solving ability alongside visionary, bigger picture thinking
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and instil trust in both partners and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Extensive experience in establishing and nurturing strong partner relationships, as well as successfully retaining and expanding key accounts
  • High levels of financial acumen including experience in budget management and an understanding of account / project profitability
  • Self starter that requires minimal supervision
  • An active problem solver with a positive and proactive attitude
  • European language is advantageous
