Who we’re looking for

Seat Unique is seeking a dedicated and strategic-minded Business Analyst to join our team in a permanent role. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating data insights into actionable strategies, contributing to the refinement of our products, customer segmentation, and overall business performance. Your expertise will drive key decisions and empower the company to excel in a dynamic and competitive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities that inform business improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights that shape product enhancements and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Utilize essential metrics such as CAC and LTV to offer comprehensive insights into business performance, enabling well-informed decision-making.
  • Develop clear and insightful reports and presentations, delivering strategic recommendations to senior management for optimal business outcomes.
  • Own and maintain Power BI dashboards, leveraging Google Analytics and Salesforce data to provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Lead bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes, delivering insights that guide decision-making across the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and benchmarks, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the richness of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis, demonstrating a strong ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, including Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Salesforce data to extract actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude, capable of navigating intricate challenges and providing actionable solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a track record of thriving in cross-functional team environments.
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making and a drive to contribute to business improvement.
  • Experience in a business analyst role or related capacity, showcasing a successful history of impactful insights.
