What to Expect

As Raylo enters its next phase of D2C growth, we are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to spearhead our organic channels' strategy and execution from the ground up. You’ll join an existing team of four, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, with the support of a Senior Brand Lead and Senior Performance Marketer. The marketing team operates as a lean, autonomous group of specialists focused on driving rapid growth in our subscription base. You will lead on a high priority new workstream for the business.


What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the Raylo brand, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement

• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Meta and YouTube Shorts

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into Raylo’s social media strategy

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives such as season campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Work within a measurement framework in order to understand performance and double down on what’s working well

• Monitor and manage our social media accounts, ensuring prompt responses to comments, messages, and customer inquiries


You’ll succeed with…

• A clear passion for working hands-on to create great Organic Social Content

• 3 or more years of experience in Social Media Management for a D2C brand

• Proven ability to create and edit video content

• Proven ability to work autonomously and grow organic social media communities from scratch

• A strong mix of creativity and analytical rigour positive attitude and an open mind
